The Association for Talent Development hired me to design the cover of the research report: Advancing Innovation: High-Performance Strategies for Talent Development. The client wanted me to source photography to create a design with a “running” theme.

Instead of going with photography,  I used sourced isometric vectors to create and infographic-like running image for the final cover.
